Our Team

Bill runs a major engineering company. He read Chris Joseph's autobiography (Zest! Seller®) and asked to meet him. Bill revealed that he was caught up in a consumer dispute with a major worldwide corporation that was simply stonewalling and ignoring him and other customers, much to the anguish of his family. We helped him by creating a legal, decent, honest, and truthful campaign (that ultimately never needed to run) and quickly led to a resolution and settlement of the matter. No prizes for guessing the adversary’s company name from our irreverent logo below. Instead of the matter dragging out for years in expensive torturous lengthy litigation, when we got involved it was very quickly resolved and settled to Bill's satisfaction. Chris and Bill are now fast friends.
