Frame 7

In the 1990's Chris Joseph successfully challenged several multinational companies in the High Court in London establishing the legal precedent by which all creative agencies now retain copyright in their pitch work. He used all forms of advertising and publicity from his creative armoury to fight Barclays Bank in the David and Goliath battle that followed.

The advertising code of conduct keeps us legal, honest, decent and truthful, and people hire us to challenge larger institutions when they don’t live up to their promises.

For all we create powerful images, we also know legally how to shatter them.

"Whoever says: ‘all publicity is good publicity’ is talking rubbish!" (Chris Joseph)
